Ideal Sleep Duration for Kids

Never underestimate the benefits of sleep.
Children who are not getting enough sleep, they may have difficulty in concentrating at school, impulsive behavior, hyperactivity, and even the immune system is compromised.

Newborn babies (ages 1 to 8 weeks)
